Registered Medical Practitioner

eligibility: candidates who have completed a diploma /degree course from any authorise institution or prossess at least three years experience in alternative medicine can apply for registration (rmp[am]).

requirements:(a) eight copyes of passport size photographs (b) one experience certificate of at least 3 years from a registered doctor / m. L. A. / m. P. /sarpanch / gazetted officer or the xerox copy of the course certificate . (c) voter identity card xerox copy (d) cualifications xerox copy.

fees: total fees registration are rs. 3200/- the candidate may send rs. 2000/- alongwith the application form and balance amountsi. E. Rs. 1200/- should be paid through v. P. L. [at the time of receiving the r. M. P. [am] . Renewal of this certificate will not be required.
